OUR GOAL

Our goal is to provide independent musical artists with an avenue to get their music heard. We hope to achieve this goal by providing the ability to listen to musical samples on the Thistle Productions Internet site along with a calendar listing of artist performance schedules and the ability to purchase their compact discs online.

We are not always able to verify performance dates on a daily basis, so always check with the venue to confirm.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

You may choose to have all of your in stock items shipped now and have your out of stock items placed on backorder. The back ordered items will be shipped as soon as the stock is replenished. You will be billed for the in stock items and their cost for shipping when they are shipped. You will be billed separately for the back ordered items and their applicable shipping costs when they are shipped.
You may choose to hold your order until it is complete. This will allow all of your selections to be shipped together and save additional shipping costs. You will be billed for the entire order when it is shipped.
You may choose to have your in stock items shipped now and cancel your back ordered items. You will be billed for the in stock items and their costs for shipping when they are shipped. You will not be charged for the canceled items.

RETURNS

All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Thistle Productions, Inc. must be notified within 30 days of your receipt of damaged or defective product in order for a return authorization number to be issued.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, it will be replaced at no additional charge as soon as the original damaged or defective items are received back by Thistle Productions, Inc.

If the packaging is damaged in shipping, please make a note of this when signing for the product.

If in the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, the correct item will be sent to you at no charge, as soon as the incorrect unopened item is received back by Thistle Productions, Inc.

At Thistle Productions, Inc. we believe that you should be able to hear the music online before you purchase it, because of this we will not accept returns for reasons other than defective or damaged products.
